In short
- We collect what you send us through our forms, email and phone calls, and the account access you grant when you hire us.
- We use it to answer you, deliver the work and invoice it. We do not sell your personal information.
- Email info@kansascityseopros.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Who we are
This policy covers kansascityseopros.com and the services of Kansas City SEO Pros, an SEO agency run by its owners from:
Kansas City SEO Pros12022 Blue Valley Pkwy, Overland Park, KS 66213913-995-3659 · info@kansascityseopros.comMonday–Saturday 9 AM–5 PM, Sunday closed"We", "us" and "our" mean Kansas City SEO Pros. "You" means anyone who visits the site, contacts us or hires us.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Audit, quote, order and help forms: your name, business name, phone number or email address, website, city, business category, the product you ask about, and anything you type in a question field.
- Checklist downloads: the email address you enter to receive the PDF.
- Email, phone calls and meetings: what you tell us about your business and your goals.
- Billing: the name, business and email address we put on your invoice.
Access you grant when you hire us
To do the work, clients give us manager or read access to accounts such as Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and their website. You grant that access from your own login; we never ask for your passwords. The accounts, their data and the content we create stay yours.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like every website, our host records technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how many people send a form or tap the phone number. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.
The site does not run advertising pixels or sell ad space.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, usually within 1 business day.
- To prepare audits, quotes and proposals, and to deliver and report on the work you hire us for.
- To send invoices and keep business, tax and accounting records.
- To send the checklist or report you asked for. If we send you other emails, each one includes a way to opt out.
- To keep the site and our systems secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: website hosting, email, form delivery, file storage, analytics and payment processing (card, PayPal and Stripe payments are handled by those processors; we do not store full card numbers).
- Platforms you ask us to work on, such as Google, directories and publishers, when a task needs your business details, for example updating a listing or distributing a press release.
- Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, clients or visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep form and email enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and delete them on request. Client records, invoices and project files are kept for the length of the engagement and afterward for as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require. When you end a plan, we remove our access to your accounts.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of emails from us at any time with the link in the email or by replying.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Send requests to info@kansascityseopros.com or call 913-995-3659. We answer within 1 business day and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Security
We limit who can see your information to the people who need it to do the work, and serve the site and its forms over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed, but we will tell affected clients promptly if we learn of a breach involving their data.
Children
The site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Links to other sites, such as Google Maps, open pages we do not control. Their privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell current clients by email.
